Service options

We offer a variety of options regarding collections. It can be a scheduled service, or upon request which just requires a phone call from you. We also offer clean out services. With each and every job you will receive a certificate of destruction with your monthly invoice at no added cost.
All of our bins are clean and office friendly, and won’t dirty or clutter your office space.

Our equipment

Our shredder can destroy a two inch phone book in less than 15 seconds. So a 240 litre wheelie bin full of documents can be destroyed efficiently and all in front of you so there’s no need to schedule hours of time to be able to watch the destroying in process. Gone are the days of paying staff to shred documents with an office shredder where their time could be spent making your business grow.

We shred just about everything that you would regard as sensitive. From paper to diaries, legal documents, administration forms, cd’s, bank and I.D cards, and x-Rays. Don’t worry about removing staples, paper clips, bull dog clips folders we can sort it all, its part of the service.

Costs

What we quote you is what you’ll pay. Generally we charge a per bin rate according to the bin size that you request. There are no bin rental fees, delivery or collection fees, nil fees admin processing or for the ‘certificate of destruction’.
